Donor Advised Funds

If you have a Donor Advised Fund (DAF), you can recommend a grant to Mount Sinai South Nassau and make a meaningful difference in the health and well-being of our community.

A Donor Advised Fund offers a simple and flexible way to support the causes that matter most to you. To recommend a gift to Mount Sinai South Nassau: 

1. Log in to your DAF Account.
   Access your account through the financial institution or charitable organization that sponsors your Donor Advised funds, such as Fidelity Charitable, Schwab Charitable, or another DAF provider.
2. Recommend a grant to Mount Sinai South Nassau.
   Search for Mount Sinai South Nassau as the charitable recipient and enter the amount you would like to give. You may also have the option to designate your gift to a specific program, initiative, or area of need.
3. Include your information and gift designation.
   Be sure to provide your name and any special instructions for your gift so that we can properly acknowledge your generosity and honor your wishes.
4. Submit your recommendation.
   Once you approve the grant through your DAF provider, the funds will be sent directly to Mount Sinai South Nassau.
