To Request a Copy of Your Bill

Upon request, we will provide you with a copy of your bill. Please note that the requested bill will be mailed to the address on file. Under HIPAA (English/Spanish) , we are prevented from disclosing certain information to anyone but the patient. Should you request a copy of your bill be sent to anyone but you or your Insurer, such request must be in writing and notarized.

For hospital services, you may obtain a copy of your bill by calling a Patient Representative at (516) 255-1680 or online at https://www.paansystem.com/sn/. For physician’s services, you may obtain a copy of your bill by calling (516) 255-1600.

If you have a hospital billing request or question, please provide all the information requested below. You may also contact the Billing Department at (516) 255-1550 for questions regarding an inpatient stay, or (516) 255-1500 for questions regarding an outpatient billing.
