Spiritual Care
Spiritual Care at Mount Sinai South Nassau
At Mount Sinai South Nassau, we recognize that pastoral counseling and other spiritual guidance can be an important part of care for you and your loved ones. We also know that you might want to continue religious practices while you’re here. So we offer a variety of spiritual care services for different faiths.
For quiet meditation and relaxation, we offer a multi-faith Meditation Room, on the main floor in the “C” corridor. And in your room, television channel 12 plays soothing music while showing relaxing images of nature. Channel 31 is the television channel of the Diocese of Rockville Centre.
Just let us know if you’d like us to notify your pastor, priest, rabbi or spiritual leader for you. And we can also contact our hospital Chaplain for you, as well.
