This 30-minute virtual class will demonstrate ways to exercise in the comfort of your home, right in your chair. Feel free to participate and follow along as we demonstrate simple exercises that will strengthen your core and burn calories. Discussion will follow on how exercise can positively impact your blood sugar and improve your diabetes management.

This 30-minute virtual presentation will bring your through the aisles in the supermarket highlighting the skill and knowledge needed to avoid the pitfalls and help you make great choices.
