Virtual Bereavement Group

Grief is a natural process, and limiting or eliminating that process can inflict untold pain and distress. During a public crisis, when public and even private events must be cancelled due to self-quarantining to limit the spread of illness, our private crises can seem insurmountable, with no one to help bear our burden. It is in these times that it becomes even more important to find alternatives to effectively deal with grief.
