Leaving a Legacy

Leaving a legacy gift to Mount Sinai South Nassau through a bequest in your will is a gift of health and hope for future generations. Please let us know if you have made such a gift to Mount Sinai South Nassau in your will. We’d like to include you in our special Legacy Society as well as express our appreciation for your support. 

Suggested Bequest Language 

If you plan to make a bequest to Mount Sinai South Nassau, we suggest the following language:

• To give a specific amount:
  "I give, devise and bequeath the sum of $____________ to Mount Sinai South Nassau, a teaching hospital located in Oceanside, N.Y. 
  
• To give a percentage of an estate:
  "I give, devise and bequeath the sum amounting to ___________% of my total estate to Mount Sinai South Nassau, a teaching hospital located in Oceanside, N.Y. 
  
• To give all or a portion of the remainder:
  "I give, devise and bequeath the sum amounting to all or ___________% of the rest, residue and remainder of my estate to Mount Sinai South Nassau, a teaching hospital located in Oceanside, N.Y.
