Biography
Dr. Rifkin is Professor of Radiology at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai, and Chair of the Department of Radiology at Mount Sinai South Nassau. He is board certified in diagnostic radiology. He earned a medical degree from Albert Einstein College of Medicine, completed a residency in Diagnostic Radiology at Montefiore Hospital and Medical Center and was fellowship-trained in ultrasound and computed body tomography at The Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine. He is a Fellow of the American College of Radiology, the American Institute of Ultrasound in Medicine, The Society of Radiologists in Ultrasound and the Society of Abdominal Radiology. He is also an Adjunct Professor of Radiology at SUNY Stony Brook and the New York Institute of Technology College of Osteopathic Medicine.
