Biography
Kerin B. Hausknecht, MD is board certified in Neurology and Psychiatry. He earned his medical degree from Mount Sinai School of Medicine and completed his Neurology Residency at Mount Sinai Medical Center in New York, NY. Dr. Hausknecht completed an Epilepsy Mini-Fellowship at Bowman Gray School of Medicine in Wake Forest, NC. He served as Chief Resident of Neurology at Mount Sinai Medical Center, Elmhurst Hospital and Bronx Veteran Affairs Hospital. Dr. Hausknecht has 25 years of experience practicing in Nassau County and has previously served as the Chairman of Neurology at both St. John’s Episcopal Hospital and Metropolitan Hospital Center NYC.
