Long Beach Lifeguards Unveil Its Mount Sinai South Sponsored Summer 2023 Staff T-Shirt

This is the fifth consecutive year that Mount Sinai South Nassau has been a sponsor of the lifeguard staff T-shirt series. “Mount Sinai South Nassau’s Emergency Department staff works closely with Long Beach’s first responders every day, including its legendary Lifeguard Patrol,” said Calderone. “The sponsorship reflects our appreciation for and commitment to the Lifeguard Patrol’s steadfast mission to protect the safety of the community and its visitors on the city’s beachfront.”



Mount Sinai South Nassau administrators and Emergency Department staff members and City of Long Beach officials and Lifeguard Patrol staff members (including Liz Treston, City Council Member and her dog service dog, MacGyver; John McNally, Director of Public Relations and Special Projects; and Ron Walsh, Jr., MPA, Commissioner of Police and Acting City Manager, of the City of Long Beach, and Mount Sinai South Nassau’s Joe Calderone, Senior Vice President of Corporate Communications and Development; Jay Itzkowitz, MD, Chair of the Department of Emergency Services, and Alice Naudus, Development and External Affairs Assistant) recently gathered outside the Lifeguard Patrol Headquarters to unveil the Mount Sinai South Nassau sponsored Long Beach Lifeguard 2023 Summer Staff T-shirt.
