Ray Sultan, MD & Jason Esses, MD, FACC Join the Full-Time Faculty at South Nassau

South Nassau Communities Hospital is pleased to announce that Ray Sultan, MD has joined the full-time faculty of South Nassau Physicians, PC and Jason Esses, MD, FACC has joined the full-time faculty of the Center for Cardiovascular Health at South Nassau.
Our existing faculty, the Chairman of Surgery, Dr. Rajiv Datta, and Aaron E. Glatt, MD, Department Chair of Medicine, welcome Dr. Sultan and Dr. Esses to South Nassau Communities Hospital.
Dr. Sultan is board-certified in urology. He obtained his medical degree from New York University School of Medicine. He completed his male infertility mini research fellowship at Weill Cornell Medical School and his residency training in urology at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital.

Prior to joining South Nassau Communities Hospital, Dr. Sultan was an attending urologist at Advanced Urology Centers of New York (Manhasset division). He was also an attending urologist at St. Francis Hospital, North Shore University Hospital and Long Island Jewish Medical Center.
Dr. Sultan’s clinical interests include endourology, kidney stones, prostate enlargement, sexual medicine and office-based urology.

Dr. Esses is board-certified in cardiovascular disease, lipidology, echocardiography, nuclear cardiology and internal medicine. He obtained his medical degree from the Albert Einstein College of Medicine in Bronx, NY. He completed his fellowship at Maimonides Medical Center in New York, NY and his residency training in Internal Medicine at Beth Israel Medical Center in New Hyde Park, NY.
Prior to joining South Nassau Communities Hospital, Dr. Esses was an attending cardiologist at Maimonides Medical Center in Brooklyn, NY.
