Commencement of Construction for Parking Structure
March 10, 2025
Construction has begun on a new three-story parking garage that will create 800 spots as part of our overall parking expansion at a cost of $30M, a significant investment by the hospital and the Mount Sinai Health System in the future of our hospital and the communities we serve.
Current Patient and Visitor Lots:
- Lot 3: Patients, Visitors, Front Door Valet
- Lot 6: Patient, Visitors, and Handicap Parking
- Lot 7A: Patients, Visitors, and Handicap Parking
Emergency Department New Location
March 5, 2025
The Emergency Department’s main entrance for drive-up or walk-in patients has moved from Washington Avenue to the east side of Oceanside Road south of Oswald Court and north of Nassau Parkway while the entrance for ambulances remains on Nassau Parkway.
