Location
The main hospital is located at One Healthy Way, Oceanside, just off Merrick Road between Oceanside Road and Washington Avenue.

For the safety and health of our patients, we ask that visitors follow this policy:

• Patients are permitted no more than two visitors at one time. A friend or family member may coordinate visiting schedules to avoid conflicts.
• No children under 12 are allowed on patient floors, except for the sibling visiting program on the maternity floor.
• Flowers and balloons are not permitted in Intensive Care or Special care units.
• The length of visitors' visits might be restricted due to the patient's medical condition, to avoid fatiguing the patient.

FROM NEW YORK CITY
BY CAR:
Take the Queens-Midtown Tunnel at 34th Street to the Long Island Expressway (495); Expressway to the Cross Island Parkway south; Cross Island to the Southern State Parkway, eastbound; take the Southern State to exit 17 south, (Hempstead Avenue); Hempstead Avenue becomes Ocean Avenue; continue south on Ocean Avenue until Merrick Road; make a left on Merrick Road; make a right on Oceanside Road; continue until first traffic light (Oswald Court) and make a left onto Oswald Court; Hospital is on your right.
BY PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION:
Regularly scheduled trains leave Pennsylvania Station for Rockville Centre. Information and tickets are available at Pennsylvania Station at the Long Island Rail Road booth. At Rockville Centre, a cab may be taken to the hospital.

FROM KENNEDY AIRPORT
BY CAR:
Follow the exit signs leading to Long Island. This will take you to the Belt Parkway, east. From the Belt Parkway, you can exit to the Southern State, eastbound; take the Southern State to exit 17 south, (Hempstead Avenue); Hempstead Avenue becomes Ocean Avenue; continue south on Ocean Avenue until Merrick Road; make a left on Merrick Road; make a right on Oceanside Road; continue until first traffic light (Oswald Court) and make a left onto Oswald Court; Hospital is on your right.
BY PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION:
Limousine service is available every hour to the Holiday Inn, Rockville Centre. It is provided by the Long Island Limousine Service Corporation and the Airport Limousine Service Corporation. Courtesy phones are at all airline terminals for passengers to request the service. From the Holiday Inn in Rockville Centre, a cab may be taken to the hospital.

FROM LaGUARDIA AIRPORT
BY CAR:
Take the Grand Central Parkway to the Cross Island Parkway Southbound, then to Southern State, east; take the Southern State to exit 17 south, (Hempstead Avenue); Hempstead Avenue becomes Ocean Avenue; continue south on Ocean Avenue until Merrick Road; make a left on Merrick Road; make a right on Oceanside Road; continue until first traffic light (Oswald Court) and make a left onto Oswald Court; Hospital is on your right.

Take the New England Thruway south to the Throgs Neck Bridge. Exit to the Cross Island Parkway south, following signs to Long Island, travel on to the Southern State Parkway east; take the Southern State to exit 17 south, (Hempstead Avenue); Hempstead Avenue becomes Ocean Avenue; continue south on Ocean Avenue until Merrick Road; make a left on Merrick Road; make a right on Oceanside Road; continue until first traffic light (Oswald Court) and make a left onto Oswald Court; Hospital is on your right.

FROM ALL POINTS EAST
BY CAR:
Take Southern State Parkway westbound to exit 20S (Grand Avenue, Baldwin). Take Grand Avenue south to Merrick Road. Make right on Merrick Road. Go approximately one mile to Oceanside Road. Make left on Oceanside Road. Hospital is on your left.
