To request a copy of your bill
Upon request, we will provide you with a copy of your bill. Please note that the requested bill will be mailed to the address on file. Under HIPAA (English/Spanish), we are prevented from disclosing certain information to anyone but the patient. Should you request a copy of your bill be sent to anyone but you or your Insurer, such request must be in writing and notarized.

For hospital services, you may obtain a copy of your bill by calling a Patient Representative at 516-255-1680 or online at www.sncbill.com.

For physicians services, you may obtain a copy of your bill by calling 516-255-1600.

If you have a question about your bill
We understand that you may have questions about your bill. If you do have a question, simply call us at 516-255-1680, or click here to submit online. Please understand that by law we are not allowed to waive copayments, coinsurances and deductibles.

If you are unable to pay any portion of your bill, please contact our Financial Assistance Department at 516-632-3979.
