South Nassau Names VP of Network Development
South Nassau Communities Hospital has named Joshua Yedvab, MHA, vice president of physician alignment strategies. Mr. Yedvab has more than 15 years experience in hospital and ambulatory care administration, finance and facility operations.
“Joshua is adept in physician recruitment and setting the foundation for joint venture partnerships that result in enhanced, quality healthcare services for patients,” said Joseph A. Quagliata, South Nassau’s president and CEO. “We are pleased that he is a member of our team as we continue to grow and introduce the services and programs, ensuring that South Nassau fulfills its mission of providing high quality, patient-centered healthcare.”
As vice president of physician alignment strategies, Mr. Yedvab is responsible for enhancing relationships with existing physicians and other providers, growing new physician relationships and assisting in the development and implementation of innovative programs, strategies and partnerships.
Before coming to South Nassau, Mr. Yedvab was the associate executive director for ambulatory care for one of the country’s largest healthcare systems. Previously, he served as a healthcare management consultant at the Hay Group in New York. Mr. Yedvab completed his administrative residency at Englewood Hospital and Medical Center in New Jersey and earned a master’s degree in health administration from Cornell University’s Sloan Program.
