Community Service Plan

Each year, the South Nassau Communities Hospital prepares a Community Service Plan, as required by the New York State Department of Health. The plan outlines the hospital’s mission and vision, as well as specific measures the hospital is taking to meet its responsibility to the communities in its service area.
